I’m afraid nothing will change – how do I know this will work?
This is a common fear. What changes things is the combination of emotional safety, tailored tools, and your willingness to show up. That’s where transformation begins.
Do I need to be spiritual for this to work?
Not at all. You don’t need to believe in anything specific. The tools I use are adaptable to your comfort level and grounded in real emotional transformation.
What actually happens during a session?
Each session is a blend of intuitive coaching, guided practices (like meditation or hypnosis), and energy clearing. We follow your energy and your needs – nothing is scripted.
What if I cry or get emotional during a session?
That’s welcome here. You’ll never be judged or rushed. This is a safe, soft space to feel what needs to be felt so it can be released.
I’m a busy person – how much time does this take?
Sessions are 90 minutes, and any between-session practices are optional and gentle. This work is designed to support your life, not add pressure to it.
What if I’m not ready to go deep?
We always move at your pace. There’s no pressure to “go deep” before you’re ready – this is a collaborative process built on trust.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your goals. Some clients feel a shift after just one session, while others continue for months as they grow into deeper layers of clarity and confidence.
Do you offer packages or one-off sessions?
Yes – both are available. Some people begin with a single session, others choose a package for deeper support over time.

No. My job is to help you hear your own wisdom more clearly – not to hand you a to-do list. You already have the answers; I help you access them.
Is this like therapy?
Not quite. While therapy often focuses on the past, our sessions focus on present-moment awareness, emotional release, and aligned next steps.
What if I don’t like hypnosis or energy work?
That’s completely okay. I only use tools you’re comfortable with. We can tailor every session to fit your style and needs.
Can I contact you between sessions?
Yes! Email and message support are included for ongoing guidance and emotional check-ins between sessions.
